Every device returned for refresh or end-of-life is data-wiped to NCSC-aligned standards (multi-pass overwrite + verification, or physical destruction for SSDs), recycled through WEEE-compliant UK channels (per DEFRA WEEE Regulations), and the data-destruction certificate + recycling evidence pack is included in your quarterly fleet review. ESG-credit reporting supports your sustainability disclosures.
