I applied for an internship through the Intern group, a program that connects students and graduates with global internship opportunities. During my six-month tenure at Transputec, I felt valued and supported in a collaborative and inclusive work environment. I was encouraged to share ideas and engage in meaningful projects, which fostered my growth within the company.
As a marketing intern, I worked closely with Anneri and Rhiannon on various projects, gaining extensive knowledge in market analysis, content creation, and digital marketing. One notable project involved leveraging Artificial Intelligence to promote services, enhancing my problem-solving and analytical skills.
I was pleasantly surprised by the strong emphasis on mentorship at Transputec. While I anticipated a focus on technical skills and project outcomes, the company prioritises employee development. Regular one-on-one mentorship sessions with Rickie were a key aspect of my experience, highlighting Transputec’s commitment to innovation and nurturing talent.
