During my six-month internship at Transputec, I had the opportunity to work in the Service Delivery Department, where I was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment. I was encouraged to take on meaningful responsibilities, which helped me grow both professionally and personally.
My role involved managing a client account, coordinating inventory and logistics, and working with the SOC team. I also contributed to producing reports and developing a RFP for a potential client, enhancing my problem-solving and analytical skills. A key highlight was working with AI-driven tools, which streamlined processes and improved efficiency.
Overall, my internship at Transputec was an enriching experience that exposed me to different aspects of service delivery and IT management. The variety of tasks and responsibilities allowed me to develop a strong foundation in both technical and professional skills, preparing me for the next steps in my career.
