I transitioned from a teaching background, so was looking for an opportunity of personal and professional growth. I came across Transputec due to its reputation, core values, and inclusive culture, which resonated deeply with my own. The prospect of joining a technology-driven company with remote work opportunities was particularly enticing. Moreover, Transputec’s internship program stood out as an ideal avenue for personal and professional growth, aligning well with my aspiration for continuous learning and development.
2. Why I Chose My Job Role?
Opting to join the marketing team was a natural decision for me. I had always been interested in marketing especially the digital aspects of marketing as I could see a bright future for me in this field.

My internship journey at Transputec was a blend of excitement, learning, and overcoming obstacles. It provided me with invaluable hands-on experience with professionals who worked with curiosity and growth. I was always encouraged to push boundaries and think innovatively and I found that my teaching skill set complemented my performance.
4. Advice for Future Apprentices/Interns for aspiring interns
I wholeheartedly recommend internship opportunities as a means of exploring what you like and what you are capable of. My own internship experience was immensely fulfilling, and my advice to future interns is simple: embrace curiosity, take initiative, and fearlessly embrace new challenges. Asking questions and proactively seeking out opportunities for growth will lead to a a successful intern journey.
