Food Service Logistics: a full IT carve-out transformation with zero downtime.
A standalone IT estate built for a 2022 carve-out, on an aggressive deadline.
Food Service Logistics (FSL) was established in 2022 through a carve-out from a larger logistics business and now provides nationwide UK distribution of food and drinks to retail. The IT transformation programme had to deliver a complete standalone estate (network infrastructure, cloud migration, Microsoft 365 tenant migration, end-user device management) against an aggressive deadline, with zero interruption to the 24/7 distribution operation. Transputec ran the full programme to plan and now provides ongoing transition services and support.
