The Customer
Urbanest, founded in 2008, is a leading student accommodation provider in London, operating nine properties in prime Zone 1 locations. They partner with major universities such as the London School of Economics, University College London, and King’s College London to offer high-quality living spaces for a diverse mix of UK and international students. To enhance their digital presence and improve customer engagement, Urbanest sought to upgrade their network, end-user computing, and cloud services environments.
The Challenge
Urbanest needed to resolve infrastructure issues, replace legacy systems, migrate to Azure and Microsoft 365, and transition from their MSP under a strict deadline, requiring both immediate solutions and long-term managed service support.
